The Lakes Basin Recreation Area is a painter's dream with so many vistas to paint that the hardest part of an artist's day is to choose which one. Bring your paints, pastels, or sketchpad and sit by a mountain lake with the music of a stream to put you in the perfect mood to be creative!
"I paint to celebrate the qualities of shifting light, long vistas of space that evoke possibility and freedom, and the brilliant tranquility of light on water"
